Recommended. Be careful when you go for the first time you need more guidance and information to. have a good stay
Bad experience. The room was very expensive (100 soles for a double room without a jacuzzi per hour) for the little it offered, other hotels already put plugs for charging cables without sockets, here there were just enough plugs... the bathroom with a hair dryer and nothing else No shampoo, lots of noise in the hallways and the staff gives terrible attention, I asked for rapid delivery and if I didn't go down to the reception to complain because the order had arrived 15 minutes ago, they wouldn't give it to me. The employee falsely said that he knocked on the door and no one opened or answered, a lie because I called the reception up to 3 times and they told me he is going up, he is delivering, the girl is false. IM not coming back anymore
Their staff is made up of thieves, your belongings "magically" disappear and they give no further explanation, if you ask for cameras they tell you that suddenly the technician will come the next day
Everything was very nice, the place and the attention
The cleanliness of the room is poor, the sheets seem to have been spread only after someone else occupied the room; It is dirty under the bed and the pillows even seemed to have been used by someone else before. Before, the cleanliness was very good, now it seems like a hotel that stops by for hours for those couples who go with strays in the area. I do not recommend it.
